▸ 13:00 – 16:00 Możliwe! Warsztat sieciujący uczestników i uczestniczki forum, służący wymianie doświadczeń, pomysłów i refleksji. Podczas twórczego spotkania zastanowimy się nad tym co
jest „MOŻLIWE” – co chcemy zmienić, na co mamy wpływ. Indywidualnie bądź wspólnie zaprojektujemy małe lub duże działania i pierwsze kroki do ich realizacji. Punktem wyjścia do pracy będą potrzeby i refleksje, które zostały w nas po forum i wydarzeniach z dnia poprzedniego. Prowadzenie: Katarzyna Gawkowska- Marciniak i Joanna Krukowska – Gulik

Zmęczeni rzeczywistością teatrów, galerii, szkół, muzeów, centrów kultury, organizacji pozarządowych – tych niedoskonałych instytucji, w których pracujemy lub z którymi łączą nas sprawy twórcze, potrzebujemy wyobrażać sobie inne, idealne miejsca dla naszej sztuki, dla naszych projektów i programów. Utopia jest niezwykle mobilizującą perspektywą – daje motywację i energię.
 
Marzenie o niej, dodaje skrzydeł i sił, by mierzyć się z wyzwaniami codzienności. Utopia ma w sobie także polityczny potencjał – pozwala dążyć ku zmianie, jej wizja wprowadza napięcie i wyzwala dążenia. Jaka mogłaby być instytucja idealna? Taka, która nie tylko produkuje spektakle o lepszym świecie, ale i sama staje się lepszym światem dla twórców i twórczyń, pracowników i pracowniczek? Musimy zadawać sobie to pytanie, bez niego utkniemy w znanych schematach i procedurach.
 
Jednak uwodzący urok utopii ma w sobie coś podstępnego. Odrywa od realiów, przenosi nas w daleką, niewiadomą przyszłość, generuje frustrację, gdy okazuje się, że droga do spełnienia jest zbyt daleka a nasz wpływ zbyt ograniczony. Dlatego dziś, pytamy nie o instytucje idealną, a o instytucje możliwą, czyli taką, która ma szansę zaistnieć w kontekście, który znamy. Świadoma ograniczeń, nie godzi się na ich prymat. O taką, która byłaby lepsza, bardziej uczciwa, bardziej solidarna. Sprzyjająca eksperymentom, a jednocześnie dająca bezpieczeństwo, odważna i krytyczna, a przy tym wrażliwa społecznie. Jaka jeszcze powinna być i jak to zrobić?
